Marketing Manager - £17-24k dep on experience

aql are a faced paced, rapidly growing Telecommunications company based in Leeds city centre. We handle communications for over 30,000 clients and both product and customer base is widening.

An establised company of 13 years, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable Marketing Manager to work in our Leeds city centre office.

Your role will include:

• Writing and communicating press releases to both local and national journalists
• Handling PR and media enquiries
• Brand Management
• Handling event and ehibition attendance and the marketing of these.
• Creating and updating existing sales collateral and marketing literaturepresentations
• Compile and manage PR distribution lists for marketing and press campaigns
• Attend and represent aql at local and national events and workshops.
• Creation of product and sales packs for sales and marketing partners
• Regular acquisition of Testimonials from clients
• creation of Case Studies
• Updating and creating website content
• Monitoring and updating on-line Advertising and Company Profile Sites.
• Communication of PR and campaign information via social media.
• Arranging sales support materials and display materials for events.
• Ensure all promotional material follows corporate image and branding guidelines.
• Developing and deploying marketing strategies under the guidance of the aql board.
• Front of house office aesthetics

You will have:

As part of a small fast paced team, we need someone who can take responsibility and use their initiative - Effective communication and the ability to work to deadlines is a must. Salary IRO 17-24k commensurate with experience. References will be taken up.

Linux Systems Administrator & 3rd Line Support - £20-40k dep on experience

aql are a fast paced, rapidly growing and award winning telecommunications company based in Leeds city centre. We handle communications for many UK ISPs and both product and customer base is widening.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable Linux Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure & support team in our Leeds city centre offices.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing system related issues as well as expanding and where applicable re-building systems based on provided specification as required.

You will need to have a deep understanding and knowledge of the Linux Operating System and be familiar with all the popular services (LAMP, email, DNS, FTP etc) as well as basic networking and scripting knowledge. You will also be expected to have a good grasp on best practice and security. Experience with Redhat and Debian distributions (or derivatives) is highly desirable and experience with MySQL and/or SIP platforms will be considered advantageous.

Experience working in a Carrier or Service Provider environment is desirable but not required.

You'll have a 'can do' attitude and be able to show initiative and the acumen to learn quickly. You'll be working in an energetic, fast paced environment with early responsibility. You will be interacting with our customers, suppliers, contractors, team members, senior management and directors and therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and flexible hours are essential.

Salary IRO £20k - £40k commensurate with experience.

You will start in a customer facing role, providing support, problem solving and advising our customers.
