IXLeeds Summer Social a Success

Tuesday night's IXLeeds event was a great success, with attendance from many members, including Metronet, IXReach, ASK4, York Data Services, Fluidata and Sleek. Level(3) was also represented.  Curry and beer was provided courtesy of Hurricane Electric and aql.  Mark Fordyce, IXLeeds board member, commented "It was a great night and it was good to see not only the members, but some new faces and to chat informally over a beer.  Thanks to all for making the trip, especially to those who travelled from London".

Dr Adam Beaumont, CEO of aql also confirmed that any IXLeeds members requiring copper cross connects to the exchange will carry no setup or annual fees, even between DC2 and DC3 sites.

The next event will be the IXLeeds 2 conference on Wednesday, 12th Sept at the Carriageworks. Hope to see you there...
