****************************************************************
Please note that our sales phone lines will be closed from
Friday 22nd December and will re-open on Tuesday January 2nd 2007.
Support staff will still be available 24/7 to deal with urgent support
requests via support - please log in and raise a ticket
via our easy-to-use system.
Corporate clients with a support contract will have full access to our
24/7 telephone support. If you're unsure of the support contact procedures
please confirm details with your account manager before 22nd December.
If you do not currently have a support contract and feel your business would
benefit from a formal SLA and fault escalation procedures, please contact us
via https://www.aql.com/site/contactus.php and we'll be happy to advise further.

o Credit Topups
****************************************************************
Customers using our services for essential notification purposes, please

Note - topups can be made online at any time, simply by logging in to the site
and purchasing via Credit card.
If you have any issues paying by card over the Christmas period , please raise
a priority 1 ticket and provide a number that our support engineers can contact
you on.

o Plans for 2007
****************************************************************
Our plans for the New Year include :
* Additional investment of £250K in telecoms switching infrastructure outside of London
to improve geographic redundancy along with increased operational profitability.
* Bringing new value added services online, including fax to email and email to
fax and also MMS and Voice shortcodes.
* Further developments and partnerships in the mobile VoIP arena
* Increased focus on reseller channels. Many aql services can be rebranded. The success
of this will result in decreased direct sales effort in 2007 and more resources will be
diverted to underpinning our reseller channel. Please contact us if you are interested
in reselling any aspect of our communications portfolio or simply would like more
information.
****************************************************************
o Request for feedback
****************************************************************
We hope that you have a good feeling about aql. However, if there is anything you feel
that we excel at, or if you think there are areas where we're not quite hitting the mark,
please let us know. Your feedback allows us to improve and to set new goals and will make
sure we serve you better in 2007!
****************************************************************
Thanks for taking the time to read this. If you require any further information or have
any comments, please don't hesitate to contact us, either by our online webform or by reply
to this email. Our phone lines open at 9am (0800 389 5815).
Kind regards,
