Sometimes I receive a text message multiple times ?

This can be due to several reasons

1) the operating system on some phones have "bugs" in them which result in them not acknowledging receipt of certain types of messages.

2) if you are on our economy or standard tariff, it is likely that the destination network for that message is not handling the message correctly because inter-networking fees have not been paid. In these instances, it is advisable to upgrade to our premium tariff which should give much cleaner delivery.
