Revenue tariffs & Operators terms

Revenue tariffs for short codes vary between the four UK operators. as such the exact revenue you will receive depends upon which mobile network the recipents of your MT messages is on. A breakdown on the revenue tariffs for each of the networks can be found below. To return the short code pricing page, click here.


Vodafone

There is a minimum duration of 12 months for each dedicated Short Code.

Access to the SMS Facility for an incomplete part of a calendar month will attract the full Monthly Access Charge rather than a pro rata amount.

This tariff refers to the charges made by (aq) to the Customer for the provision of the SMS Facility. For the avoidance of doubt, any data network facility or transmission charges incurred by the Customer in sending data messages to the SMS Facility are the responsibility of the customer under its agreement with the provider of such services.

Short Codes are limited in supply and will be supplied solely at Vodafone UK's discretion. The Customer will not have infinite use of the Short Code(s). In such cases the Customer will receive 3 months notice prior to their withdrawal, where such notice is provided by Vodafone.

Vodafone UK may introduce traffic restrictions on the use of its Short Codes. The Customer must comply with all Vodafone UK technical requirements for use of Vodafone UK Short Codes.

All costs and revenue payments exclude VAT, and are quoted in pence.

Message Prices (MP) quoted above are the Vodafone UK Recommended Retail Tariff to Service Users.

The Outpayment Tariff is dependent upon the combined monthly volume of Reverse Billing SMS Text Messages (on all Message Prices in total) sent, or Premium SMSs conveyed, and revenue generated for such messages, in any calendar month.

Upon reaching the message volume threshold indicated above, the respective Band revenue rate will apply to all SMS traffic.

The Ex. VAT Message Prices will be phased out of service by Vodafone UK during 2002 for Mobile Terminated Billing.

Message Prices quoted above are the Orange Recommended Retail Tariff to Service Users. However these prices should be quoted inclusive of VAT on any promotional material.

The Outpayment Tariff is dependent upon the combined monthly volume of Reverse Billing SMS Text Messages (on all Message Prices in total) sent, and revenue generated for such messages, in any calendar month.

Upon reaching the message volume threshold indicated above, the respective Band revenue rate will apply to all SMS traffic.

Tariffs (including Message Prices and Outpayments) shall be subject to change from time to time by giving 14 days notice from (AQ) to Customer.


O2
