How do i make outbound calls?

You can make outbound calls to other aql voip phones free of charge - just dial their extension number - eg 600001.

However, if you want to call land phones or mobiles you would need to purchase some call credit.

Simply log onto your account and click the "credit" button next to the number you want to add credit to.

At the moment we offer "prepay". This means you can purchase blocks of credit in the same way as you would with a "pay-as-you-go" mobile phone.

Each time you call, your current credit will be announced.
