How do I retrieve my voicemail?

All voicemail messages are forwarded to your email as a .wav file. This would happen only if your email address for that particular voip number is setup correctly.

In addition, you could also retrieve your voicemail by dialling 500 from your aql voip phone.

If you are away from your computer and your voip phone, you could still get to your voicemail by dialling 08713 123 500.
