How it works.

The routing of mobile messaging traffic to landline networks is based on long-standing arrangements between the UK mobile network operators (MNOs) and the UK fixed line operators. We operate routing platforms at strategic traffic pinch points where we intercept and route the SMS messaging traffic.

Getting set up.

SMS-enabled geographic numbers can be provisioned and provided via either the aql numbering API or our customer portal. When a message is received on the geographic number, we pass it to you via email, API or SMPP.
